Welcome to JEAVerify, JEA’s public records access system designed exclusively for federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations that assist JEA customers with payment of their utility bill.

  • Residential Electric Services = ERES
  • Residential Irrigation Service = RESIRR-W
  • Residential Water Services = RESWTR-W
  • Residential Sewer Service =RES-WW
  • Commerical Services = COME
  • Usage Tab is used for Consumption History= Electric Consumption, Water Consumption, or Sewer Consumption
  • Voucher Tab is used for Agenices that help assist customers on their electric bills.
  • Active Customers are active within JEA verify system.
  • InActive means that the customer no longer has service at that address.
  • Click me to display Date and Time. Will allow the user to view time information was pull on JEAVerify. (Used for when page is printed out)
  • Last known address = final mailing address for the customer. If the final mailing address was not provided to JEA, the address will be the same as the last service address.
  • If you are having issues with stale data! Please delete your browser cache and perform a ipconfig /flushdns on your local workstation.
